Holiday

Well, today I'm not goin' anywhere to hangout nor to work. Because it's HOLYDAY!^O^
Not really know what to do so I open PC and start reading news, watch Youtube video, spammin' twitter timeline and last blogging.
Then, I do kitchen experiment (again) and today I cook Teriyaki Chicken but, I got terrible result. It has a super bad look so, I won't share the picture to you. Don't worry, it taste good!

Ingredients

2 lbs (900g) chicken drumsticks or bone-in thighs, preferably skin removed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4" ginger, minced (half the amount of garlic)
4 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
4 tablespoon pineapple juice
2-3 tablespoon light brown sugar *
1 tablespoon rice wine, optional
1 teaspoon sesame oil
dashes of black pepper
* Adjust the amount of sugar depends on your preference.

How to make?
1. Remove the skin. It is very easy job. Just pull off the skin from the meat and peel toward the joint of drumstick, then cut off with knife or scissor. It should take about 5 minutes for 10 drumsticks.
2. Place chicken pieces in the NON-STICK surfaced skillet.
3. Here are the sauce ingredients. You might already have them in your pantry if you cook Asian food often. Rice wine is optional. If you have it, use it. If you don't, don't worry.
4. Chop garlic and ginger.
5. Make the sauce combining all the given ingredients.
6. Pour over the chicken.
7. Cover the skillet with a lid or foil. Bring to boil and simmer over medium-low heat for 7-8 minutes.
8. Turn your meat to the other side.
9. Cover and cook again for another 7-8 minutes.
10. Uncover. Raise the heat to MEDIUM-HIGH. Let the whole thing to vigorous boil. They are almost cooked at this point and all you need to do is to thicken the glaze. Keep thickening!
11. Turn your chicken around to get coated with sauce evenly.
12. You see how the sauce become thick glaze? Basically the sugar in the sauce becomes caramelized.Be careful at this point. Do not burn the glaze. You might need to lower the heat a little bit.
13. When you see there is no more liquid on the bottom of skillet and the glaze stick to the chicken, remove from heat.
I'm fail on 12nd step and make everything worst. Ugh!

Normal final result

I got recipe here.

Relationship Rumor
Kim Kardashian and Kanye

Following the release of a Kanye West track in which he expresses love for Kim Kardashian, followed by a TMZ spy spotting these two exiting a movie theater in New York City two days ago, a source now confirms: Kim and Kanye truly are a couple.
Ah, no comment. I'm not pay attention to Kanye since Taylor's scandal happened.

Katy Perry and Baptise Giabiconi

The duo has become inseparable as Perry makes her way around Europe this week, with Baptiste Giabiconi, a model and aspiring singer, fielding equal measures of abuse and encouragement over his rumored dalliance with Katy.
No official confirmation about their relationship status, of course. She's not one for the celebrity gossip.
