Well, it's been a long time since the last post I wrote. Well guys, I've pass interviews with some company and hope one of them give me a new job soon (with good salary LOL....).

Ulysses Moore, isn't 'thick book type' like Harry Potter, Twilight or The Hunger Games but it's worth enough to spend your time with amazing mysterious story. This is actually a kid books, but who care?
Pierdomenico Baccalario write the books in Italian language but don't worry, there are translated series (English, Thai, Japanese, Indonesian)

#1 Ulysses Moore : The Door to Time

Eleven-year-old twins Jason and Julia have just moved from London to an old mansion on the English coast. Their new home is filled with twisting tunnels and strange artifacts from around the world, and the twins can't wait to discover all its secrets. Before long, Jason, Julia, and their friend Rick stumble upon a mysterious-looking door hidden behind an old wardrobe. But none of the keys in the house will open it. What lies behind the door? And why has someone tried to conceal it? Jason, Julia, and Rick are determined to find out, no matter what it takes....

When the Covenants relocate from London to Kilmore Cove, they find that it is unlike the usual bustling city life to which they had been accustomed. The family moves into an old mansion called Argo Manor, which sits on a cliff high above the seaside town that surrounds it. Eleven-year-old twins Jason Covernant and Julia Covernant have different reactions to their new home: Jason likes to search for the paranormal and is convinced that Argo Manor is haunted, whereas Julia is a city girl at heart who would rather go shopping. The mansion's caretaker, Nestor, a gentleman with a bad leg, tells them that the former owner was a mysterious man named Ulysses Moore, whose eccentricities, we soon discover, made him as legendary as the Argo Manor itself.

While Jason and Julia's parents go back to London to sign paperwork, they allow the twins to invite their new school friend Rick Banner over for the day while under the care of Nestor. Twelve-year-old Rick has lived his whole life in Kilmore Cove and has been fascinated with Argo Manor since he was small. Rick soon discovers that he isn't the only one who would like Argo Manor, when he overhears the caretaker in an argument with a demanding lady named Oblivia Newton.

When Jason suggests that they make a map of the house, Rick agrees while Julia reluctantly tags along. As they explore the house they discover an unusual diary and dictionary that belonged to Ulysses Moore and a secret locked door that seems to have no key. Soon the friends begin to solve puzzles that lead them on a mysterious grand adventure beyond their wildest dream.

After a super mysterious adventure, they find a luxury (please forgive me to say 'mysterious' again) named Metis. Follow instinct, Jason led Metis to take journey. Where they go with Metis? The answer is in the book.

#2 Ulysses Moore : The Long-Lost Map

Jason, Julia, and Rick have crossed through the Door to Time into ancient Egypt, a land of labyrinths, riddles, and secrets. But when the passageway collapses around them, Julia ends up back at home, in the present -- with the door shut tight behind her. Now the boys are trapped in the past, and there's just one way to get back to Argo Manor. They must find the long-lost map of Kilmore Cove hidden somewhere in Egypt's Land of Punt. But before long, Rick and Jason realize that they are not the only travelers from the present in search of the mysterious map. Will they be the first to find it?

When 11-year-old twins Jason Covernant and Julia Covernant, along with their friend Rick Banner, explored Argo Manor, all they expected was to uncover some clues about what the mansion's former owner, the legendary Ulysses Moore, may have been like. However, that simple mystery has turned out to be greater than ever imagined. They have crossed through the worn, old door --- the Door to Time --- and into ancient Egypt.

Unfortunately, before they can begin the second part of their riddle-solving adventure, Jason and Rick become separated from Julia, who ends up back in the present at Argo Manor with the door shut firmly behind her. Meanwhile, on the other side, the boys meet an Egyptian girl named Maruk who is curious about the foreign travelers. She offers to be their guide around the ancient city and show them the House of Life --- the place mentioned in Ulysses Moore's journal!

Jason, Rick and Maruk soon make a startling discovery that leads them on the hunt for a secret but important map hidden by a mysterious traveler. The search won't be easy, as the trio encounters some untrustworthy characters while a familiar enemy follows close behind them. Julia and the strange caretaker Nestor anxiously wait for the boys' safe return while facing off an unexpected danger of their own.

#3 Ulysses Moore : The House of Mirrors

Everyone in Kilmore Cove is hiding something. That's what Jason, Rick, and Julia realize when they first hear about Mirror House and its creator, the eccentric inventor Peter Dedalus. A close friend of Ulysses Moore, Dedalus has been missing for many years. But before he disappeared, he concealed a dangerous secret about the Doors to Time inside his extraordinary home. And it's up to Jason, Rick, and Julia to match wits with the elusive inventor and discover what it is -- before Oblivia Newton does. . . .
